Solution :

As a Marketing Specialist, I implemented a dual-channel outreach strategy integrating LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing automation. I built targeted lead lists of senior business professionals from Sales Navigator and Apollo, then crafted personalized outreach emails inviting them to participate in AskCMO interviews. To complement this, I reversed the funnel by engaging leads first via LinkedIn and following up through tailored email sequences to increase conversions.

This data-driven approach led to a 70% increase in positive response rates, a 40% faster lead-to-interview conversion time, and a 30% growth in the overall candidate pipeline within the first campaign cycle.
